What water is the base of every vial?
More than 99% of each 30 mL vial is the base water. The rest is USP-grade benzyl alcohol at 0.9%. Whatever is in the base water is in the vial. Nothing later in the process takes it out.
Nexus starts from AQUAPure HYPER, a sterile water made by Aquabiliti in York, Pennsylvania, to the USP and European Pharmacopoeia monographs. Its endotoxin specification is a fifth of the compendial limit. It arrives sealed in a single-use, gamma-irradiated container. Every charge into a batch is weighed.
