What information should a review request include?
Include the order reference, affected format and quantity, lot identifier, and a clear description of the issue. For packaging damage or an incorrect shipment, include photographs.
Should I send a shipment back immediately?
Contact Nexus before returning any items. Keep the packaging and sealed vials available for review. Return instructions and any applicable resolution will be confirmed directly.
Does submitting a request confirm a refund?
No. A review request starts correspondence about the order. Nexus will confirm the outcome and any return or refund arrangements after reviewing the shipment details.
